About the role:
Reeves Envico is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Administrator to support our global growth and diversification strategy. This role is pivotal in coordinating tender submissions, maintaining documentation workflows, and supporting end-to-end bid processes to deliver high-quality, compliant, and compelling proposals.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate preparation and submission of tenders, EOIs, and pre-qualification documents.
- Manage tender platforms, track opportunities, monitor deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the bid team to define win strategies and align messaging across submissions.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather required content and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with submission requirements, formatting standards, and brand consistency
- Edit and review responses for clarity, tone, and professional presentation.
- Maintain content libraries and support documents, including capability statements and resumes.
- Facilitate timely submissions through relevant portals and manage post-submission activities.
- Support procurement activities by collating and assessing subcontractor and supplier quotes.
What we’re looking for:
- Proactive organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience in tender coordination, bid administration, publishing, EA, or a similar role.
- High attention to detail, particularly in written communication and document formatting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word and Powerpoint.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- An interest in social development or infrastructure construction
