Reeves Envico was engaged as head contractor to construct the new Samoa Legislative Assembly Office, following the successful delivery of multiple Pacific government infrastructure projects. Leveraging our regional experience and understanding of tropical environments, we worked closely with the client and design consultants to ensure the new facility reflects Samoan cultural identity while meeting modern standards for functionality, safety and resilience. The new office complex will provide upgraded administrative facilities, meeting rooms, and support spaces for the Legislative Assembly, improving operational efficiency and accessibility. The building design incorporates locally appropriate and low-maintenance materials, natural ventilation, and energy-efficient systems to reduce long-term operational costs. This development supports the Government of Samoa’s commitment to strengthening governance infrastructure and enhancing public service delivery. Construction commenced in 2024, with completion anticipated in 2026.
