Design and Construct contractor, to demolish existing residential assets, and undertake the design, manufacture (prefabricated) and construction of 6 residences and one Chancery Annex. The project has established a benchmark of design principles for prefabrication of buildings for remote areas. The benefit and clear outcome for the project has been the increased ability for Reeves to achieve a higher level of quality and able to construct more quickly than a more traditional building methodology.
